Ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency of a male newborn with fatal outcome.

Ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency (OTCD) is the most common malfunction of ureagenesis. The case of a male newborn who died at the age of 2 days for clinically unclear reasons is presented.
