Abstract

The article focuses on a study related to importance of better sleep quality and morning chronotype in maintenance of successful weight loss. Topics discussed include association of obesity with poor sleep quality and shorter sleep duration, measurement of duration and sleep quality through Sleep Quality Index (SQI), categorization of individuals with higher success in weight loss as morning type chronotype and prediction of smaller weight losses in evening-type chronotype.
