Abstract
- The article discusses the results of the study by researchers at the Rhode Island Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital including doctor Katharine Phillips and director Sabine Wilhelm concerning the imoprovement of the treatment of people with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). Topics discussed include the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the equal impact of BDD to men and women, and the grant supporting the study from the U.S. National Institute of Mental Health.
