Abstract
- An efficient and practical method for the synthesis of α,α-disubstituted six-membered lactones was developed. Enantioselective construction of quaternary carbon centers by utilizing Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation proved its feasibility. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
