Alguns desafios na organização de acervos de fontes orais: o caso do Núcleo de Pesquisa, Documentação e Referência sobre Movimentos Sociais e Políticas Públicas no Campo (CPDA/UFRRJ).

To better present the experience of organizing oral source's archives at the Research, Documentation and Reference Center of Rural Social Movements and Public Policy (NMS), this article has been divided into three main pillars. The first exposes the history of the Center as a whole, drawing a line from its creation until the present composition. The second, with a more analytical content, shows the dilemmas, challenges and impasses faced by the Center regarding its oral source's archives, trying to discuss/answer some questions presented throughout the text. Finally, the third pillar closes this paper providing the final remarks in an effort to offer a balance of all exposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
