This article deals with the evaluation of economic benefits of Algerian highway in terms of travel time, comfort bonus and the decrease of accidents rate for the users of AlgiersConstantine section. After the comparison between the reference situation on national road 05 and the current situation on East-West highway, a daily economy in travel time of 41 million DZD, a comfort bonus of 8.6 million DZD and a decrease in accidents leading to an economy of 333 million DZD in 2011, were estimated.
