John Stuart Mill, Political Economist.

The article explores the contribution of John Stuart Mill, a philosopher, political economist and civil servant, on developments of social justice, income inequality, welfare state and capitalism. Particular focus is given into the popularity of his book "Principles of Political Economy" first published in 1848, on factors of economic politics. It also shares the author's perspectives on Mill's sympathy and support for communism in human education and cultivation.
