Abstract
- The article discusses a study which investigated students' perspectives on homework and problem sets in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) courses. Students at Stanford University were surveyed through email about their views on homework grading and homework completion strategy. It was found that students preferred assignments that are relevant to the exam material and assignments that are intellectually stimulating.
