Abstract: The article discusses the influence of attorney Roy Cohn on the life and career of businessman and U.S. presidential candidate Donald J. Trump. Topics include Cohn's representation of Trump and his father in a lawsuit against the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department, Cohn's suggestion for Trump to require a prenuptial agreement when he married former wife, Ivana, and Cohn's June 1986 disbarment for unethical, unprofessional and reprehensible conduct prior to his death from AIDS.
