Abstract: The article discusses issues related to target killing, which is officially authorized and premeditated killing by military or intelligence officials of named and identified individuals without the benefit of any judicial process. Topics discussed include effect of targeted killing on innocent civilians, issues related to target killings and adoption of a new practice of individualized killing.
