DC vaccine generated by ALA-PDT-induced immunogenic apoptotic cells for skin squamous cell carcinoma.

Dendritic cell (DC) vaccines were generated by apoptotic squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) cells induced by 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA)-mediated photodynamic therapy (PDT).
