Abstract
- Two new tirucallane triterpenoids, 24( R)-tirucalla-7,9(11),25-triene-3 β,24,27-triol ( 1) and 24( S)-tirucalla-7,9(11),25-triene-3 β,24,27-triol ( 2), were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma tropicum. Their structures were elucidated using a combination of 1D and 2D NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) techniques and HR-EI-MS analyses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
