Abstract

In this paper, the nucleoside acids of (mtDNAD-loop) hypervariable regions of mitochondrial D-loop in Co-Tibetan pig ( Hezuo groups, Maqu groups, Luqu groups) from total 386 (pans) were analyzed. The results showed that435 bp nucleotide sequences were detected over 23 polymorphic loci, accounting for 5.287 % of the measured nucleotides, which had two single polymorphic loci and 2t parsimony informative sites. Co-Tibetan pig haplotype diversity (Hd) was 0.873, nucleotide diversity (Pi) was 0. 00549, and the average number of nucleotide differences ( Jc) was 2. 338. Hezuo group haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity were the highest (0. 883 , 0. 00549) , and Luqu groups were the lowest (0. 839 and 0. 00348). The RS(£) , unique and RT(£) contributions of Hezuo group to Tibetan pig genetic variation were maximum. To maintain diversity in terms of overall Hezuo Tibet pig, Hezuo groups play a positive role, Maqu and Luqu groups existence for improvement of the genetic diversity played a negative role.
