Abstract
- The training service delivery organizations today is primarily focused on developing technical skills to enhance professional performance and thereby the quality of service. This training usually occurs under learning paradigms that serve poorly or exclude the development of personal resources, ie human variables that make the difference between a technically flawless service or customer experience service guided by values, professional ethics and personal excellence. This article briefly discusses the differences between training schemes and proposes keys to incorporate technical training current models elements of personal development aimed at the humanization of service delivery.
