Abstract
- Arab spring almost unaffected Morocco and as result are changes in its constitution, such as Berbers language recognition as an official, and official gender equality. Herein, some possible explanation of this result is presented. Significant factors are location on the margin of islamic world, relations with Europe, belief to join EU, and Berbers support of ruling King as well. Unique aspect of Moroccan King Mohammed VI as not only political leader, but also spiritual one. Finally, King Mohammed VI did not underestimated politic situation in comparison to Egyptian ruler Mubarak and Tunisian ruler Ben Ali. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
