Abstract

The article discusses how the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group's secret service branch built a global network of potential killers by encouraging foreign-born fighters such as Harry Sarfo to leave Syria and move back home in order to carry-out terror attacks in places such as Germany and Europe, and it mentions the experiences of German terror suspect Harry Sarfo. Senior operative Abu Muhammad al-Adnani is addressed, along with ISIS' goal of exporting terrorism around the world.
