Abstract
- The article discusses the identification of tropomyosin receptor kinase A (TrkA) which encoded with the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase 1 (NTRK1) gene. It examines the anti-apoptotic event of TrKA in the nerve growth factor (NGF) function. It also stresses the synthetic chemistry of chemicals towards limited structure-activity relationship of TrkA .
