Outcome Assessment of Critical Care Pharmacist Services.

The author briefly outlines the value of critical care pharmacy services emphasizing the possibilities for the future and discusses some of the more recent publications to appreciate present practice of critical care pharmacists. He refers to a review article published in 2003 where the data indicated that pharmacist involvement improved fluid management, medication error and adverse drug reaction frequency.
