Social Media and Jurors: An Ethical Roadmap.

The article focuses on the possible misuse of social media by lawyers to gain access to information about jurors of their legal case, which is a violation of norms as laid in the American Bar Association (ABA) Model Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) for lawyers. The article further discusses the American Bar Association (ABA) Standing Committee's paper on how lawyers can gain access to a juror's social media presence but not make any interaction including no attempts to send friend requests.
