Abstract
- The article discusses several aspects of a coordinated public health emergency response to a color-dust explosion at a concert in June 2015 at the Formosa Fun Coast waterpark in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and it mentions how close to 500 concert attendees suffered smoke inhalation and severe burn injuries. Taiwan's universal health care system is addressed, along with responses from Taiwan's National Fire Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and various police and fire departments.
