曲美他嗪联合卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭36例临床疗效分析.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with carvedilolin in treating chronic heart failure(CHF),and to study its influence on serum NT-pro BNP and c Tn I. Methods A total of 108 patients diagnosed with CHF in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the routine therapy group(control group),carvedilol group and carvedilol combined with trimetazidine treatment group(combined therapy group),36 cases in each group. The continuous medication treatment lasted for 6 months. The serum NT-pro BNP and c Tn I levels,ultrasound cardiographic indexes in the three groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate after 6-month treatment was 88.9% in the combined therapy group and 75.0% in the carvedilol group respectively,which were higher than61.1% in the control group,moreover the combined therapy group was higher than the carvedilol group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum NT-pro BNP and c Tn I levels in the three groups were decreased,the left ventricular enddiastolic diameter(LVEDD) and the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD) were shrunk,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05);the serum NT-pro BNP and c Tn I levels,LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF had statistically significant differences between the carvedilol group and the combined therapy group with the control group(P<0.05);moreover the NT-pro BNP and c Tn I levels in the combined therapy group were more remarkable than those in the carvedilol group,the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with carvedilol in treating CHF can improve the clinical therapeutic,reduces the NT-pro BNP and c Tn I levels,protects the myocardial resistance to inflammation,thus effectively improves the cardiac function.
