- The article focuses on the decision of Israeli human rights information center B'Tselem to stop working with the Israeli military's legal system at the New New York City office of Human Rights Watch on June 14, 2016, according to the information center's executive director Hagai El-Ad. It discusses the lack of opportunity for Palestinians to file complaints in a military base or police station and B'Tselem's filing of complaints to the military's law enforcement system on their behalf.
