Abstract
- The article focuses on the controversies faced by the Connecticut living-learning community called the Scholastics House of Leaders Who Are African-American Researchers and Scholars or Scholars House. Topics include reference to low graduation outcomes with African-American students, transfer to University of Connecticut (UConn) by Reuben Pierre-Louis as a sophomore student as well as the University of Minnesota's Huntley House for African American Men.
