Akamai Security Report Shows Threat Landscape Continues to Evolve.

The article presents the Internet/Security Report from content delivery network Akamai which reveals rise in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack traffic across the globe in second quarter of 2016. It informs about the Network Time Protocol (NTP) technique used by DDoS attackers. As per the report, China was the top source for DDoS attack traffic while Brazil led in web application attacks.
