Abstract
- The article describes the case of a 31-year-old woman who was admitted to a hospital with abdominal distention for 20 days without abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, or other systemic symptoms. Highlights include cystic lesion with annular high echo in the right lobe of the liver according to sequent ultrasonography, space-occupying lesion in the right liver lobe revealed by magnetic resonance imaging, and the importance of early diagnosis and management for reducing maternal mortality.
