Abstract
- The article offers information on a class action lawsuit filed by Indonesian seaweed farmer Daniel Sanda at the Sydney Federal Court in Australia in August 2016 against Thailand-based PTT Exploration & Production Australasia Public Co. Ltd. (PTTEP) following an oil spill in 2009. It mentions that Sanda and more than 13,000 seaweed farmers in Indonesia who were farming in Timor Sea were affected by the oil spill.
