Abstract

The article presents a study which aims to describe the outcome of children with high-risk, relapse, and/or refractory acute myeloid leukemia who received clofarabine-based sequential allogeneic stem cell transplantation (SCT). The characteristics of the patients and methods of the study are given. Results suggesting the feasibility and efficiency of a sequential allo-SCT approach in children are also discussed.
