Abstract
- An interview with Maurice Verhagen, head of Reporting Services at healthcare company Philips, is presented. When asked how healthcare company Philips got involved in evaluating concepts for business report and presentation design he mentioned the company's multi-year business transformation initiative and their effort to improve efficiency through standardization. He he commented on adopting International Business Communication Standards Association (IBCS) reports across the entire value chain.
