Abstract
- The article discusses how the product testing and certification company Underwriters Laboratories rebuilt its reputation and public image which had been previously hampered due to their lacking customer service. The article also discusses the events that led to their revamped reputation which includes the hiring of seasoned corporate executive Keith Williams as the company's chief executive officer and established training executive Patrick Boyle as the chief learning officer.
