Abstract
- The article discusses research regarding the prevalence of Internet gaming disorder (IGD) among South Korean middle school students, and it mentions the interrelationships between IGD, physical aggression, and non-psychotic psychological symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and impulsiveness. According to the article, 5.9 percent of the teenage boys and girls that were studied were classified as adolescents with IGD. Mood modification and behavioral salience are assessed.
