A Woman with Psychogenic Non-epileptic Seizures and Pelvic Mass.

The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old Chinese woman who was taken to the emergency department because of intermittent psychogenic seizure and was diagnosed with anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor encephalitis. Topics discussed include the diagnosis of pelvic mass through abdominal ultrasound and computed tomography (CT), the trigger of anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis by ovarian cystic teratoma, and the calcific components in the pelvic mass.
