Abstract: The article reports that 128 high-pressure sodium (HPS) streetlights has been replaced with light emitting diode (LED) lights in Greer Station, North Carolina after cities across the U.S. have found monetary, energy and sustainability savings in converting existing streetlights to LED bulbs.
