女性卵巢早衰发生因素分析.

Objective To study the possible risk factors for the onset of premature ovarian failure (POF) . Methods One hundred and fifty cases of POF in the Nilka County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the POF group. Contemporaneous 200 eumenorrhea women undergoing the physical examination served as the control group. Then the Logistic regression analysis on the possible risk factors of POF was performed by using the questionnaire mode. Results The univariate logistic regression analysis showed that 11 variables such as the life pressure, marital status, artificial abortion times, smoking, drinking, physical exercise interpersonal relationship, mood, vegetable intake, soy consumption and annual household income were related to the occurrence of POF; the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that 8 variables such as the life pressure, marital status, artificial abortion times, smoking, physical exercise, mood, vegetable intake and annual household income were associated with the POF occurrence. Conclusion The occurrence of female POF is related to the life style, behavior habit, environment, iatrogeny and infection, in which the marital status, number of induced abortion, mood, smoking, frequency of vegetables intake, etc. are the main influencing factors of the POF occurrence.
