Abstract
- Photo-induced carbon dioxide conversion presents one of the basic reactions of natural photo-syntheses in green plants, which has inspired researchers to develop artificial materials and devices for efficient CO 2 photo-reduction into useful products and chemical fuels via light-driven photochemical reactions. This review article focuses on recent advances in visible-light-driven CO 2 photo-catalytic reduction studies based on Ru(II) and Ir(III) coordination complexes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
