Abstract: The article presents a template offered by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for pathologists to aid them in reporting biomarker test results. Topics include templates for specimens from patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma, results showing chromosomal abnormalities, and protein expression. Other templates include sequence-based testing, methods of molecular testing, and notes for CD38 expression.
