Abstract
- The artcile discusses several economic, environmental and stakeholder consequences related to the retirement of a coal-fired power plants. It mentions that the retirement of a coal-fired power plants depends upon Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS), Clean Water Act Section and Coal Combustion Residuals rule.
