Abstract
- The article offers information on the KIDS for the BAY field trip attended by the students at Community United Elementary School in East Oakland, California. Topics discussed include trip offered chance to students for exploring the green sea anemones, touching blue mussels, and connecting with nature; lessons learned at the trip like preparing and cooking bay fish for reducing the intake of harmful toxins; and planting of native plants by students at KIDS for the BAY.
