Bilateral complete blindness following globe-sparing single-bullet orbital injury.

The article presents a case study of a 20‑year‑old female with bilateral complete blindness. Topics discussed include observation of bilateral complete afferent pupillary defect and vitreous hemorrhage; detection of multiple orbital and nasal fractures and bilateral temporal orbital perforations with the help of noncontrast computerized tomography (NCCT) imaging; and resultant vision loss as a result of direct traumatic optic neuropathy due to orbital injury.
