Abstract

The article focuses on the atmospheric research in the Latin America-Caribbean (LAC) region to address climate change and air quality issues. Topics discussed include Americas Working Groups (AWG) formed by the International Global Atmospheric Chemistry (IGAC) and the international Commission on Atmospheric Chemistry and Global Pollution (iCACGP) Project, AWG aimed to improve the scientific community in the LAC region and air pollutants long-range transport affect air quality in LAC region.
