Paraffinoma of the penis and scrotum (sclerosing granuloma of the male genitalia).

The article presents case study of a 28-year-old man immigrant who was admitted to a hospital for progressive thickening of the scrotum and prepuce that he suffered a tank-related injury. The patient then underwent medical examination which revealed paraffinoma, a secondary sclerosing lipogranuloma in his penile and scrotal. The article also discusses the etiology and treatment of paraffinoma among patients.
