Abstract
- Reports on two delegations sent by the National Lawyers Guild and the European Association of Democratic Lawyers to Spain to look into reports that Spain's support of the United States-led war in Iraq was in exchange for intelligence assistance in the country's struggle against Basque activists. Effects of anti-terrorism laws on Basque civil society; Government's right to restrict freedom of association and expression.
