Abstract
- Reports that General Pervez Musharraf, President of Pakistan, has acknowledged that scientists from his country appear to have sold nuclear designs to other nations, probably for personal financial gain. Denial that the Pakistan government knew of any sales at the times; Vow that suspects would be dealt with as antistate elements; Documents relating to Libya and Iran's nuclear programs which undercut years of Pakistani denials and forced Musharaff's hand; Case for officially sanctioned transfer of technology which has not been proved.
