Abstract
- The article offers the authors' views on beginning at the end while preparing for the closure of military bases. They mention the challenge experienced by U.S. Army's 3rd Cavalry Regiment (CR) in closing its tactical base (TB) in Afghanistan. They also note that the leaders of its regimental support squadron (RSS) assigned its unit to provide projections on threats.
