Abstract
- The article profiles Welsch artist and political cartoonist Ralph Steadman and focuses on his contributions to gonzo journalism. It looks back at the works of Steadman as political cartoonist for "Times" magazine and his childhood and life with his family in Liverpool, England, as well as his education at the London College of Printing and Graphic Arts while pursuing a freelance career. It highlights the success of Steadman's partnership with author and journalist Hunter S. Thompson.
