Abstract: The article presents a detailed description of a golf tournament organized by the American Film Institute at Riviera County Club for charity to preserve classic celluloid. Neither the press nor the public was allowed to trample the pristine golf course. Known celebrities like Mike Connors, Cheryl Ladd, Annika Sorenstam, Jack Nicklaus, Robert Wagner, Adam Sandler et al. Actor Sylvester Stallone introduced his tee shot witha prophetic warning stating he did not know where the ball is going. Sandler was the winner of the tournament.
