- Studies the effect of burning or clipping Agropyron spicatum in the autumn on the spring foraging behaviour of mule deer and cattle. Effect of dead stems and leaves of Agropyron spicatum on the grazing behaviour of deer and cattle; Deer and cattle's preference for the burned treatment; Deer's utilization of plants from treated areas.
