黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的 疗效观察.

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Valsartan capsules combined with Huangkui capsules in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. METHODS: 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted into Xiaogan Central Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from Aug. 2014 to Aug. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 30 cases in each. The control group were treated with valsartan, while the control group additionally received Huangkui capsules based on the control group. Changes of various indicators of two groups were compared, the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the urea nitrogen, 24 hour urinary protein, serum creatinine, triglyceride and total cholesterol in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in observation group were better than those of control group, with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05 ). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, yet the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower than that of control group, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Valsartan capsules combined with Huangkui capsules in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is remarkable, which can improve patients’ renal function with few adverse drug reactions and high safety.
