独立学院创新能力培养探究.

Innovation ability is one of the core tasks of education of contemporary university,this paper takes College of Optical and Electronical Information,Changchun University of Science and Technology as an example,to sum up the experience of cultivating college students' innovation ability in the daily teaching in recent years,and to develop a feasible cultivation plan and cultivation strategy.It discusses the basic ideas of university education teaching reform and puts forward the " theory,practice,innovation" a series of diversified training system,introduces some teaching measures such as three preparation methods,project pedagogy and interactive software method to encourage students to generate innovation interest and conscious,comprehensively improves the innovative teaching ability of university teachers,especially young teachers,gives full play to the leading role of teachers in the cultivation of innovation ability.We have created a unique independent college teaching model of both theoretical and practical skills,so as to realize the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.
