From the Editor-in-Chief.

When the new year begins, TAES will start employing IEEE Publication Services for the copyedit and typesetting of our accepted manuscripts. The choice was made on the basis of a number of factors, one of the most important being that we have come to realize that a tighter relationship to IEEE publishing operations will help us reduce the time to post our issues on IEEE Xplore and facilitate early posting of manuscripts. I know that many authors anxiously wait to see their articles published. I am sure both authors and readers will appreciate the timely appearance of our issues; and our impact will almost certainly be enhanced. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
