Abstract: The article discusses the potential for a large-scale peace movement or antiwar movement in the U.S. Topics include the political unpopularity of direct U.S. military interventions, connections of military intervention to U.S. imperialism and white supremacy, and cooperation between social movements of young people and older peace activists.
